HOUSTON, Texas — Joseph Vaughns of North Forest High School has known from an early age that he wanted to be on the radio. He started working at KCOH when he was 14 and now hosts a Saturday morning show. His drive and outgoing personality make him a shoe-in for Class Act of the Week.
