CNN — NBA star Derrick Rose has been cleared in a rape lawsuit.

Rose’s ex-girlfriend accused him and two of his friends of rapping her in 2013.

She was suing Rose for $21 million. Rose’s attorney called the lawsuit a blatant attempt to get money from the New York Knicks player, but the woman’s attorney said it was a “classic case of gang rape.”

Although the lawsuit is resolved, the Los Angeles Police Department is still conducting a criminal investigation.
