TOPEKA, KS – Barely legal is something you might want to walk away from.

Legally bare, well, that’s another story. This one, to be exact.

Naked ladies and laddies strutted their stuff in Austin and other cities across our great nation as part of “Go Topless Day.”

It was their way to expose one more difference between woman and men, which is the ability to walk around topless in public without getting busted.

Hey, here’s an idea. Let’s all go to Kansas, like that naked guy who someone photographed as he was taking his au naturale walk along a Topeka street.

Folks who saw him say he was hanging out past schools and churches, and apparently it’s not against the law in Kansas.

According to one state representative: "If it’s freedom of expression, now you are getting into freedoms that we all share.”

Yeah, well, there may be some things we might not want to share, like your bad bare butt walking down our street.
