OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -  A dramatic car chase through Oklahoma City ended with an on-camera capture and confession from the suspect Michael Patton.

Police say Patton carjacked and crashed a Yellow Cab.

Officers tried to track him down with the cab's GPS, but lost the cabbie carjacker after he ditched the cab and took off running in the woods.
That was until a news chopper led officers right to him.

Officers cuffed the confessed crook.

Patton says he did it because he needed money to feed his eleven kids and another one on the way.
