HOUSTON, TX - This road seems to be falling apart leaving a trap to the tires of unsuspecting drivers. Our "Pothole of the Day" can be found on Richmond Avenue near McCue Road in the Galleria area and it's been here for a while.

Shelby Roquemore says, "About a year and a half, since I moved in."

Traversing this canyon is rough riding.

"It's like going through a tunnel every single day."

The folks at the Galleria Oaks Apartments are sick of dealing with.

"Everybody that lives here, it's like a topic around the pool. Everybody's like...that pothole out front."

Drivers have creative ways of avoiding the ditch and at one point, almost ran into our camera.

"Every single day when people drive by, there will be the dump truck and stuff that drive by and I hear the sounds and I'm like, that God (bleep) pothole."

Right next to this pothole is another section of road that's about ripe for falling apart.

"Fix it...fix it, that's about it."

Though this hole has a way of sneaking up on drivers, we say beware on the 5000 block of Richmond because this pothole will get you.
