HOUSTON, TX - Gasmer Drive might be a road less traveled, but it's home to a doozy of a crater.

Today's Pothole of the Day is located on Gasmer Drive near S. Post Oak, on Houston's Southwest side.

"It's a bad pothole. I see a lot of people come through here hit this pothole and all their cars be on flats before they get to the red light," said Arlandus Hales.

It's been here for quite a while. Google Earth shows its existence as far back as June of 2011. Even big rig drivers know to avoid this humdinger, but those who don't, sure make a big splash, especially on a rainy day.

"When they hit it, you can hear it, like the bottom of their car," added Hales. "They need to fix them, they need to fix all of them, they're everywhere."
