HOUSTON – Potholes have been getting patched up all around Houston.  Mayor Sylvester Turner claims the city has a 94 percent pothole repair rate since he took office but there’s always a crack in the road.

Today’s Pothole of the Day is in southwest Houston near Richmond Avenue and Hillcroft Street.

“I have hit my car on that pothole,” said Mike Onyecherelam.

“I nearly hit the curb and almost bumped into a vehicle switching lanes at the same time.”

Here’s hoping this ends up being the 94% getting repaired because it will make the drive for Houston travelers a little smoother.
