NORWALK, CONNECTICUT- When’s the last time you picked up your phone and made a reservation at a restaurant?

For many, its been a long time…. why? because the good ol’ internet dominates just about everything… including the reservation business.

OpenTable — an online reservation service was just bought out for $2.6 billion dollars!

That’s right, Priceline is forking over the cash to become the most powerful travel website there ever was…. booking flights, hotels and now dinner.

OpenTable’s website and mobile app seats more than 15 million diners per month at more than $31,000 restaurants— man, we’re hungry just thinking about it!
