GREENBRIER, Tenn. — Safe to say no one likes being stuck in icy weather, and that applies to animals, too.
A friendly pooch was literally stuck in the elements outside of Nashville, Tennessee. The Dickerson family found her frozen to the ground under a shed in their backyard. They don’t know how long the puppy was down there, but they had to melt the ice to get her out.
“I would hope that somebody would have to be in extremely dire straits before they decided to just drop the puppy off,” says April Dickerson.
Thanks to social media, now a lot of people want to adopt the still nameless little dog. But she’s getting some big love the Dickerson house and something tells us she’s found her new home.
