HOUSTON, TX - Excavation crews continued a search off East Orem road near Hobby Airport on Saturday.  A source close to the investigation wouldn't deny the crew, which is made up of local and state agencies, is looking for the body of Jessica Cain. In 1997, Cain, who at the time was 17-years-old, went missing.

Local residents in the King Estates area hoped the search would help provide closure for the family.

"I'd tell them to keep searching because no mother rests until they've found their daughter or son," Natasha Chambers said while at a nearby gas station. "They have my condolences."

"It's a bad feeling for a loved one to leave and never come back home," Kris Hunt, who was working nearby the dig site, said. "If that was my family member, I'd want them to find her."

The crews continue to search, hoping the dig can resolve a mystery almost two decades old.
