seahawksSEATTLE, WASHINGTON – So you think you can shout?  Or jump? The Seattle Seahawks fans have definitely raised the bar for rooting Monday night: they caused an earthquake, literally!

The University of Washington has a seismometer near the Centurylink field, which registered a magnitude 1 or 2 earthquake right during Michael Bennett’s 22-yard fumble return for a touchdown against the New Orleans Saints. And it’s no wonder why? Without a doubt, this 34-7 victory over the Saints will go down in sports history as an Earth-shaking event.

And now a holiday wish for the Texans: let’s hope the next season brings a plethora of reasons to cause one or two natural disasters.
