GALVESTON COUNTY, TX – Two sex offenders are back behind bars after they moved and didn’t tell authorities.

Jerry Epler and Jason Ross are both charged with failing to register. Galveston County deputies say in both cases, the suspects moved without notifying the sheriff’s office, which is required by state law.

This was the third time Epler violated the law, but it’s the first offense for Ross.
