HOUSTON, TX –  For the first time in 141 years, the Shriners International fraternity is holding its annual convention in Houston.

The event that will be hard to miss with an abundance of iconic red fezzes, miniature cars, festive clowns, live music and other family fun as the Shriners celebrate their Imperial Session.

Approximately 12,000 visitors from around the world are expected to attend, bringing nearly $11 million in revenue for local businesses according to the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau.
