EVANSTON, IL – Sigma Alpha Epsilon, one of the nation’s largest college fraternities, has pledged to stop pledging.   In other words, gone are the days of dangerous, often alcohol-induced hazing rituals.

The new policy says that initiating members will be treated the same as senior brothers.

According to Bloomberg, at least ten deaths have been linked to hazing, alcohol or drugs at SAE events since 2006.
