Peaches are in season, and word on the street is it's the best year for them in a long time!
So the question is what to do with them! You can always just eat them raw, but there's some other ways to enjoy that southern classic.
How about a peach coleslaw? Take your regular 'slaw, with onions and cabbage, and add some chopped peaches. It'll add a bit of a bite and a sweetness, and really set that 'slaw apart.
Hey, we're in the south - why not try some barbecue sauce with your peaches? Chop 'em up and slather them in that delicious bourbon, brown sugar, and cinnamon... Mmm!
