HOUSTON, TX – The Via Colori Street Painting Festival features a huge mural representing our city, the largest public art piece ever created in Houston.

Forty local architectural students and artists collaborated for the mega-mural.

Many of the artists wear knee pads because this art is pretty labor-intensive.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the kind of art you can take home and hang on the walls.

Luckily there was no rain during the festival. That could have ended it before it even started!
