HOUSTON, Texas - Two armed and masked men reportedly committed a series of robberies at a gas station, a restaurant, and a pharmacy on Monday night in and around the Heights area.

At 9:30pm the thugs hit the Valero gas station on West 16th street and North Shepherd, stole money and took off to get some chicken fingers.  When they arrived at Raising Cane's on Ella and the North Loop one hour later they fire a few shots to intimidate workers and customers.  The gangsters stormed the store and grabbed the cash.  No one was hurt.

Finally, at 1:00am, the two men stopped by Walgreen's on Studemont and Washington to pick up more than a prescription.

Three robberies in one night!  They say you don't mess with Texas, but it looks like these criminals didn't get the memo.

The Houston Police Department is conducting an investigation and will release more information later.
