UNITED KINGDOM -- A study from University of Sussex suggests that multitasking on multiple phones, laptops and other media devices could be costing us grey matter.

As part of the research, 75 volunteers were asked to divide their attention with different types of tech, and then have their brain scanned.  Sure enough their Anterior Cingulate Cortex shrank. That’s part of the brain that processes emotion.

Moral of the story, one gadget at a time folks. Some of us don’t have that much grey matter left to shrink. And shrinkage is never a good thing.
