Surveillance video shows brazen thief stealing packages from porch of Richmond area home

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas — The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance footage of a man seen stealing packages from the front porch of a home in the Richmond area on Tuesday.

Video shows a new Ford F-150 Platinum pickup truck backing up in the driveway of a home in the 4600 block of Poppy Crest Ct. off of Koeblen Road.
One suspect gets out of the truck, walks around to the front door and picks up a large package left on the porch. He then loads it into the truck and drives off.

The man is believed to be in his 30s, stands about 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has brown hair, a mustache and a goatee. He was wearing a dark, short-sleeved shirt, black pants and white athletic shoes at the time of the theft.

Deputies said the vehicle was stolen from Sugar Land.
