Take three ingredients, and 20 minutes to whip-up these soft and crumbly Peanut Butter Cookies. They’re a treat on your time, and taste-buds.
- 1 cup (smooth) all natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix all the ingredients together, and then place spoonfuls of the batter on a greased baking sheet. Press them crosswise with a fork to get the professional checkerboard look.
Bake 12 minutes, until brown around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes.
