Wednesday March 22, joining CW39 Houston as Sharron Melton talks with International Belly Dancer, Houston’s own “Sahira”! For 23 years, she’s been helping others find the joy and inner peace that comes with Belly Dancing. Tomorrow, she will talk about the benefits, how it helps the mental health of your brain, how it’s great for exercise, and how anyone of any age can dance!
