SAN FRANCISCO, CA – A fancy little wristband can help track your shut-eye.
It’s the ‘Jawbone UP’ and wearers can track how much sleep they’re getting and just how deep that sleep is.
Of course the info has been collected by Jawbone to show what states are getting the most and least sleep.
Sleepers in Hawaii are actually the most sleep-deprived.
Perhaps Hawaii is just so relaxing during the day that the islanders don’t need as much beauty sleep.
Vermont is the best-rested state, averaging about seven hours a night.
Who would have thought people who exercise actually get a few minutes more sleep a night than people who don’t?
