Did you get the flowers yet? The brunch reservations? Ready to tell mom how much you love her?
Mother’s Day is a big deal, but this year it’s a bit different. This is the first Mother’s Day in a long time where your mom doesn’t like being at home as much.
A recent study by the Pew Research Center shows more working mothers now prefer full-time work. At 37%, it’s almost double the amount since 2007.
The survey suggests more woman want to work because of the great recession.

Admit it, how many times have you seen a family at a restaurant and everyone is down– looking at their phones!

Here’s the rational view why mom would rather work than be home: there’s no job tougher than being a stay-at-home mom.
Maybe that’s why mom wants to get a break and work for a living.
