SAN ANGELO, Texas — Texas Governor Greg Abbott gave a keynote address at the 18th annual West Texas Legislative Summit in San Angelo on Thursday, August 4, 2022.
Abbott addressed a wide array of issues in his half-hour speech, including West Texas’s contributions to the energy independence of the United States, property taxes, and immigration.
