HOUSTON — Sick of wearing the same stuff as everyone else? Why not take a trip back in time, and rock some vintage threads?

"Fashion comes around like every 10 to 20 years, and they just repeats itself," Retropolis employee Quincy Seale said.

There's no shortage of places to find vintage goodies around town, but the Houston Press names Retropolis the best vintage clothing store in Houston.

Retropolis has got it down — organizing clothes by decades! It's a great spot to hit up if you're heading to a costume, ugly-sweater, and disco party...or if you just love to rock the vintage look.

From retro accessories, rare records and blast-from-the-past books, Retropolis has a little bit of everything to travel back in time — except a time machine! So next time, skip the mall and try something new...or should we say old, for a change.

And if you're lucky, the stylish and silly staff may even do a hammer dance for you!
