HOUSTON (KIAH) — A man was shot during argument involving his stepdaughter in Third Ward Thursday afternoon.
Police say the shooter was allegedly talking inappropriately to the man’s stepdaughter, who is believed to be 15 or 16 years old.
The step-dad is in critical condition.
An innocent bystander was also shot and injured.
The shooter is on the run.
