Houston security officers, janitors to file federal lawsuit demanding unpaid wages owed by city contractors

HOUSTON – Several Houston security officers and janitors who are still waiting to be paid for all the hours they worked protecting and cleaning city buildings filed suit in federal court Monday to demand action. Along with supporters and community allies, the workers and their attorney held a press conference outside City Hall to discuss the case and the state of wage theft in Houston.
