PORTSMOUTH, NH – For months, Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders have locked horns on the campaign trail, argued during debates and expressed concerns over each other’s policies. On more than one occasion, Sanders questioned Clinton’s judgment.
Now, Sanders is taking a lesson from a Disney ice princess by “letting it go.”
The Vermont senator is changing his tune and endorsing his one-time rival saying, “Hillary Clinton will make an outstanding president and I am proud to stand with her today.”
Sanders stirred the liberal base and got young voters involved in politics. Now he’s promised to help Clinton campaign against Donald Trump.
Clinton told Sanders in front of a huge crowd, “I am proud to be fighting alongside you because, my friends, this is a time for all of us to stand together.”
Trump quickly tweeted “Bernie Sanders, who has lost most of his leverage, has totally sold out to Crooked Hillary Clinton. He will endorse her today – fans angry!”
Clinton’s email scandal just won’t die. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is on the hot seat as house Republicans grill her on the decision not to press charges.
Hey, maybe they need to follow Elsa’s lead, too!
