Harris County added 243,688 people between April 2010 and July 2013 and is now the most populous county in our great state with more than 4 million residents.

Organizers all over the country are planning graduations, but challenged by having to make sure to keep communities safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The University of Texas is reportedly changing tuition rates, may issue furloughs and layoffs.

Ranchers and farmers will also be allowed to apply for help to keep their critical industries running.
