BAYTOWN, Texas — An 84-year-old man died Monday as a result of the injuries he sustained during a drive-by shooting while out for his morning walk in Baytown. During a press conference Thursday, Baytown police announced that a reward has increased from $5,000 to $20,000 in hopes of finding his killer.
