COLVILLE, WA – When you’re 10-years-old you’re supposed to be doing things like riding your bike or playing video games – not standing trial for murder!

Authorities in Colville, Washington say two boys were planning a murderous plot against their school. But this past February, their plan was foiled when another student spotted the intended murder weapon and told school officials. Now one of the boy’s is owning up to his mistake and pleading guilty to the charges.

Prosecutors are considering asking the court to be lenient with the sentencing because of their age.
