SPRAGUE, WA - It is a true story that is every parent's worst nightmare. A child, snatched from a park by a stranger. Today, the 22-month-old boy is back home thanks to his big sister's reaction.

It happened in east Washington state, in a small town of only 500 people. Three siblings were playing in a park unsupervised, near their babysitter's home. Local police say a man grabbed baby Owen Wright while he was sitting in his stroller. Surveillance footage from a grocery store caught the man running down the street carrying the boy. Chasing after him was the boy's 8-year-old sister. Witnesses say the girl was screaming at the top of her lungs.

Incredibly, the would-be kidnapper had a change of heart and left the boy in a vacant parking lot. Despite the chase, the suspect got away. Police are now examining the surveillance video that miraculously captured the attempted kidnapping.
