WASHINGTON, D.C. – The United States Treasury Department is sticking up for Jay Z and Beyonce, after their scandalous anniversary trip to Cuba. The Treasury Department is claiming that the dynamic duos trip to Cuba fell under the educational guidelines.

The Havana Times says Jay Z and Beyonce met with a dance group, a children’s theatre company, and an arts institute. An educational trip, maybe? But hopefully Jay Z and Beyonce were the ones who learned a few things; like to just stick with vacation spots in the free world from now on.
