California city puts up snarky street signs for drivers, pedestrians

HAYWARD, CA - A city in Northern California has come up with a pretty funny way to get residents to pay attention to the road. The city of Hayward, California has put up street signs that say "Heads up! Cross the street, then update Facebook" and "35. It's a speed limit, not a suggestion."
