CARPINTERIA, CA - Has no one seen a Sci-Fi movie ever? Why are humans trying to transfer power to robots these days? Carl`s Jr`s CEO Andy Pudzer is doing his best to take jobs away from already underpaid Americans, after he visited a fully-automated vegetarian eatery in Canoga, California.

Pudzer wants to take lower-skilled positions out and replace them with high-tech automated options. Translation, servers and cashiers would be replaced with tablet kiosks and self-serving compartments. Don`t worry, robots won't be manning the grill any time soon. It`s all because Pudzer is tired of paying his employees minimum wage.

The robot takeover is already happening down under at Domino's. Check out the world's first autonomous pizza delivery vehicle. Dominos' Robotic Unit or "Dru", for short is circuiting its way around New Zealand. Let's just hope he makes it further than the hitchhiking robot. Which by the way, was decapitated and left in a ditch just two weeks into its journey. It seems there's a good chance this whole robot thing could blow up in our faces.
