HOUSTON, TX – Everybody wants to look sharp for the holidays, and Houston’s homeless are no exception.

The Bread of Life Church downtown teamed up with local barber shops and salons to offer free haircuts to those less fortunate.

This is an annual holiday event that not only helps these guys physically, but also gave some a confidence boost.

After their ears are lowered, these folks need something to keep their newly shorn heads warm, so the church also gave out holiday gift bags with new winter caps and gloves.

This goes to show that it doesn’t take much to help out and spread a little Christmas cheer.
