PENNSYLVANIA - This may be a small victory for Bill Cosby, but he has a long way to go.

A Pennsylvania judge has tossed out a defamation lawsuit filed by one of his alleged victims, Renita Hill.

According to the lawsuit, Hill claims Cobsy defamed her character in the media after Hill brought her claim to light in October, but under Pennsylvania law, the claims are not supported as defamatory.

Hill, who was only 16 at the time, first met Cosby back in 1983 during a talent search for children's program, Picture Pages'.

Over the next four years, Hill says that Cosby helped pay for her college tuition and student housing. She also says Cosby would frequently fly her across the U.S. and the two stayed in hotels together until they broke things off.

47-year-old Hill, is one of more than 50 women who have accused the comedian of sexual assault.

While Cosby may not be responding to any of the allegations, most would say his silence speaks volumes.
