FORT BEND COUNTY - On Tuesday, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department, along with other agencies, announced they had cuffed a dirty dozen. Twelve men accused of using various social media sites trying to hook up with kids to have sex.

Thanks to good police work that didn't happen, and all 12 are behind bars at the Fort Bend County jail.

Think you're having deja vu? Unfortunately, there seems to be a plethora of perverts poking around the area. On Monday, Harris County officers from nearly 10 different police agencies told us about their online sex-sting operation.

That sting helped take down 12 predators who showed up to an apartment where they thought they'd be having sex with a minor, but handcuffs and a fresh mug shot was as kinky as it got for those guys.

So remember parents, while our kids are serious about their social media, it's up to you to be serious about who they're socializing with.
