HOUSTON, TX – Widespread Harry Potter-mania hasn’t slowed since the final movie came out in 2011, and what if we told you there’s a way you can power through all seven books in under an hour and a half?

An improv-comedy called ‘Potted Potter’ is in town. The show is presented in Houston at the Wortham Center by The Brilliant Lecture Series.

Potted Potter started in 2005 by Dan Clarkson and Jeff Turner for fans waiting in line for the midnight release of the sixth Potter book. While Dan and Jeff no longer act in the show, current actors Delme Thomas and James Percy have pretty good stage chemistry.

Between the two there are about 360 characters portrayed, so you can guarantee there’s never a dull moment.

Considering the first performance is sold out, it’s very apparent that Potter fans are eager for the fresh spin on their favorite wizards.

The show runs from November 26 through December 1.
