Houston cops march on convenience store crime

HOUSTON, TX - Crime is a concern in Houston's Fourth Ward. So, The Houston Police Department`s marching on crime with a division called, The Differential Response Team (DRT). Their job is to investigate area convenience stores. All to offer safety tips and ensure compliance with city safety ordinances.

This is a program that's been around since 2010, and it's a city ordinance requirement for convenience stores to register and be part of the program.
