An armed robbery went wrong at an improbable crime scene.

"I felt threatened, I felt like I was gonna die," said Gustavo Dominguez, the co-owner of Art Official Ink, a tattoo parlor near Beltway 8 and Imperial Valley Drive.

HPD says three men came in with handguns around three in the morning and when one of the men pointed his gun at Dominguez, he took the gun out of the robber's hand and shot him.

The wounded man was still alive when cops arrived and  police are searching for other suspects. HPD says one of the suspects was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
