KATY, TX – When the temporary building’s a rockin’, don’t come a knockin’. It’s too bad for 46-year-old Heather Lynn Miller that a Katy I.S.D. campus police officer didn’t follow that rule.
Campus P.D. say the temporary buildings on campus is where they allegedly found Miller with a 14-year-old student at Katy Junior High.
Miller’s been charged with a second degree felony for an improper relationship between a student and teacher.
Katy I.S.D. says, in part, “… the teacher has been removed from the classroom and placed on administrative leave, pending investigation.”
From the classroom to the courtroom, Miller had to face a judge Tuesday. The judgement didn’t end in front of the bench, however. Parent’s are concerned about this ever growing teacher-student sex trend, and rightfully so.
Miller’s now out on bond. Since she won’t be working, maybe now is a good time for the”social studies” teacher to take a course in “socially acceptable” dating ages.
