HOUSTON, TX – Put some bigger pants on your wish list this year. Krispy Kreme is comin’ back to H-Town.

The company’s Houston locations closed up shop seven years ago due to franchise problems, but they signed a sweet new deal with Dulce Restaurants that includes ten new locations over the next five years.

And Houstonian’s just can’t say no to the dough.

“I love the cream and the glaze of it, just everything about it. Everything in there. I don’t miss nothin,” said Rhonda Williams.

But news of the sugar and spice is anything but nice for other die-hard do-nut lovers.

“Don’t care if they ever show up. I’m Shipley’s, all the way,” said Jean Nunn.

The Krispy comeback might just cook up some competition!

It’s sure to tempt us with its kremey goodness! So much for almost being off that “Fattest Cities in America” list.
