On this Day in Music history, Frank Sinatra is believed to have recorded his very first song. It was 1939 and the song was entitled 'Our Love,' likely about this first wife Nancy.

The life of R&B singer Teddy Pendergrass was forever changed on this day back in 1982. The singer was involved in a nasty car crash that left him paralyzed from the chest down.

Celebrating birthdays today are Queen Latifah and Adam Levine.
