INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., - The nation's second-largest health insurance company, Anthem Inc., is the latest victim of a data breach. As many as 80 million customers have had their personal information stolen, including things like names, birthdays, medical IDs, and social security numbers.

However, Anthem says there's no evidence that credit card or medical information was stolen.

The health insurer, also, says they'll notify people individually if their data was stolen and will offer free credit monitoring and protection services to those affected.
