ST. PAUL, Mn -- A police sergeant is on leave, accused of posting a disturbing message about local Black lives matter protesters. The post was spotted by Andrew Henderson, a St. Paul resident, who considers himself a watch dog of the local police department. Henderson believes the guy responsible for the harsh suggestions is police Sgt. Jeff Rothecker,  a 20 year veteran of the force. The post which suggested running over the protesters if they blocked the streets even suggested a jury wouldn't convict if someone was hurt. The St. Paul police department says they ware investigating the matter.
