EDMOND, Oklahoma --  Halloween is a a holiday where fools can be fools with little or no judgment. But folks in one Oklahoma neighborhood are judging what they're neighbor Dwayne Docken did after he turned his yard into a spooky grave site with bloody tombstones with one them having President Obama's name on it.

Docken says, "We made all these ourselves so just thought it was kind of humorous."

But neighbor's aren't laughing since they find it's downright disrespectful...

One neigbor says,  "I saw it for myself and I was absolutely offended."
Another neighbor adds, '"He is the President of the United States and it actually is about respect. It's a total respect thing because this person is still alive."

Docken says he's sorry some folks took it the wrong way, but despite the controversy, Docken says he's keeping it up.

He can only hope his decision doesn't come back to haunt him.
