Officer rescues Chihuahua from busy highway

WALNUT CREEK, CA – Sgt. Cedric Williams-Cain, with the California Highway Patrol, was pictured saving a Chihuahua trapped on a busy California highway.

It was shivering in the median of busy Interstate 680, in Martinez.

So the Sergeant scooped it up and took it to the animal shelter where it’s waiting for a new home.
