Believe it or not you can actually lift weights with your vagina! Say what?! “Vagina Weightlifting” was created by a Russian gymnast Tatyana Kozhevnikovam. And she is well trained. In fact she holds the Guinness World Record for vagina weightlifting and can lift a 30-pound kettlebell with her vag. Ouch!
