Police searching for gunman who shot and killed man at bus stop

HOUSTON – Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a man who was waiting at a Metro bus stop near NRG Park.

It happened just before 3 a.m. Thursday. Police say the man was sitting at a bus stop on Holly Hall and Knight when a man walked up to him and pointed a gun.

The suspect then shot the man three times.

The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition, but he’s expected to survive.

No word on a possible motive.
